1/4 cup chopped Bell Peppers
1/4 cup chopped Onions
1/4 cup chopped Olives
1/4 cup chopped Spinach
1/4 cup chopped Tomato
Directions
Preheat your oven at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
Dough: Mix the dough ingredients together. Knead by hand or beat the dough with your mixer, and then Place the dough into a greased mixing bowl, cover tightly, and set aside to rise for about 90 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Punch down risen dough to release air bubbles. Divide in 2. Roll the dough out into a 12-inch shape of your choice. Cover and rest as you prep the pizza toppings.
Lay your dough out on a baking pan and heat just the dough for 10 minutes.
Blend your pizza sauce until smooth (or buy a ready-made vegan pizza sauce and use in the next step).
Remove from the oven and add your vegan pizza sauce and then top with vegan cheese and veggies.
Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
Slice and serve!
